Revlon Emerald City

Revlon Emerald City is a matte-suede finish dark green with subtle shimmer. It doesn't dry like I thought a matte /suede would (from pictures, I own no matte nail polishes), and to me, it looks more like a rubber finish. Anyhow, it's a really cool polish as it's a deep forest green and fun finish. I love it. I keep coming back to it.
