Do you practice nail art or manicure ideas on fake nails or do you just go with the flow on your own? I have a hard time coming up with ideas unless I'm perusing Google or Pinterest so I like to fiddle with manicures and different colors and textures on fake nails. Here are some fun ones that just may New Year's Eve appropriate!
I've tried to list polishes used and link to pictures I used as inspiration.
- Black and glitter french tips from winkandblush
- Nude with black and gold glitter from winkandblush
- Gold glitter gradient on black polish from just about every blog out there. Glitter gradients are very common
- 5. and 6. are gold glitter and black animal print I was trying to figure out a nice combination
Closer look at those three. I personally like the middle one best, just because it's so glittery but the first one is nice too.
Then I had fun doing glitter gradients and other whatnot with different color combinations. Some worked, others not so much.
I think the last two are the best, my favorite being Shimmer Tracy over Barielle Tres Chic. It didn't work so well with other glitter polishes that were really saturated with glitter, like China Glaze Full Spectrum.
List of Polishes Used (In Alphabetical Order)
Barielle Tres Chic
China Glaze Blond Bombshell
China Glaze Full Spectrum
China Glaze I'm Not Lion

I think the black with gold glitter gradient and glittery animal print are my faves. Any requests that I should recreate in a full manicure? If not, I'll just pick some myself!
