Ruffian Manicure |
I used OPI Pros & Bronze and Orly Stone Cold. I'm not that happy with it, I need a guide of some sort to get that edge smooth, freehanding was not my friend today. Bah!
P.S. Take a look at The Polish Well's Upcoming 2012 Collection post - awesome collection of upcoming polish collections! If you don't already follow The Polish Well - you are missing out!!
This turned out great! Lovely color combo!
ReplyDeleteThanks! Hubby picked the colors. I think he did a good job.

DeleteI love this style mani :)
ReplyDeleteMe too! It's super neat.
DeleteDoes Ruffian mean the "upside down" french?
ReplyDeleteI really love the colors although I am not sure I am so crazy about the texture.
But then... I guess I'm a little square on this LOL
Something like that ... I wasn't sold on the texture either. I wanted to go with diff textures - matte and glossy, matte and glitter, but these are a bit close for me.
DeleteI looove ruffians! This looks great!
ReplyDeleteThanks!
DeleteI think you did really well freehanding it! I love the colors together!
ReplyDeleteYou're too nice!
DeleteLove this colour combo!
ReplyDeleteThis is one of those manis I still want to try! Looks so pretty :)
ReplyDeleteI love the color combination! Looks stunning :) I can't freehand this type of manicure, but I used reinforcement rings for this, just like the ones you would use for a half-moon mani ;)
ReplyDeleteLOLOL! We match! Check out my ruffian at:

Mine was created with China Glaze Harvest Moon and Frostbite, so my blue is less foil than yours, and my bronze a littler darker, but we totally match. ^_^
Super beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteKaki,as usual you did an awesome job with the challenge. Love the colour combo!!
