Bayberry Naturals Review

I've got some awesome products from Bayberry Naturals to share with ya'll today! I'm super excited to tell you about them because I don't think they're very well known, but they should be! It's a company that was founded by Nancy Liddell and they specialize in organic and vegan spa products.

Created to satisfy the growing demand for 100% all-natural skin and hair care products, Bayberry Naturals is a complete line of cleansing essentials designed to meet the needs of men, women and children. Founded by mother of three, Nancy Liddell, Bayberry Naturals consists of plant-based beauty products that range from shampoos, conditioners and shower gels to cleansers, lotions and liquid hand soaps.  Free of sulfates, parabens, phthalates, artificial fragrances and dyes, each product in the collection is as effective as it is natural. www.bayberrynaturals.com.

"Simplistic in its packaging and basic in its premise, I designed it for men, women, and children to cleanse and nurture their bodies without fear of toxins and unnatural ingredients." Nancy Liddell, Founder

"When you strip down health and beauty products to the most natural, basic ingredients, they can be both incredibly effective and gentle at the same time. " Bayberry Naturals

Bayberry Natural Lavender Chamomile Hand Soap. This soap is fabulous. For someone who washes their hands a lot, this doesn't dry them at all. And the scent is heavenly - clean and fresh and a little sweet with the lavender. Not overpowering, but it does linger a bit, which I personally liked. Not much product is needed for a nice lather, so the bottle likely lasts 2-3 months if used a few times a day (I've got a little over half a bottle left and I started using it in the beginning of April). The design is simple, but I think it would work in almost any decor. These retail for $17.95 for 8.7oz.

"Something as simple as removing sulfates prevents hair and skin from becoming overly dry. Using only the purest essential oils provides amazing aromatherapy. Who needs artificial colorants anyway?" Nancy Liddell, Founder

Bayberry Naturals Pink Grapefruit Bar Soap. This little baby is AWESOME. It smells exactly like a grapefruit, sweet and tangy. This little gem helped awaken me in the mornings. I love having super scented things in the shower - shampoo, conditioner, soap - and this is packed with essential oils that smell amazing. This soap didn't dry out my skin like other bar soaps can. This lasted me about four to six weeks with daily use, but I did keep it out of the water spray as much as possible. Minimal packaging, minimal waste. These retail for $6.95 for 4oz.

"All of our shipping & packing materials are reusable and/or recyclable. We consciously reuse and recycle shipping and packaging materials to preserve our natural resources by extending the useful life of these materials and ultimately reduce the burden on our landfills." Bayberry Naturals

Bayberry Naturals Muscle Relief Therapeutic Bath Salts. This is a huge amount of bath salts, considering you only put a few spoonfuls into a full bath. I put some in my garden tub and it was more than enough. This one isn't strongly scented, it smells clean and sharp, but not flowery or citrusy. I used this one weekend after a hectic work week and it was a nice soak. My skin was soft and I felt relaxed. Who knows it if was from the salts or the bath itself. I'd love to try this in a scented form - maybe even be naughty and mix the two together! These tubs are packed full of salts, and I can't even image how long it would last unless you take baths quite often. I imagine this lasting me a good six to nine months. Again, the packaging is simple which means it would likely mesh with any decorations you have and it can sit on the tub rim patiently in between baths without being obtrusive. This retails for $14.95 for 11.2oz.

I really adore the fact that they're products are as natural as they can be, vegan, and not tested on animals. Shipping is only in the USA. They have a variety of bath products, including shampoos, conditioners, bath gels, body scrubs, lotions, body butters, and more. They even have an unscented soap that I bet would be ideal for people with sensitive skin or eczema.  They'd also make a great gift (Mother's Day anyone?), especially for animal lovers or those who prefer not to use animal products.

And just to throw this out there - if you're thinking these are a little too pricey, you are paying for high quality items that are organic, vegan, cruelty free, and environmentally friendly packaging. Plus, there is a lot of product with each of these, so they last quite a bit of time. The soaps, for example, are actually cheaper than ones you buy at other stores that are known for selling natural soaps, and I personally prefer the scent of these.

All in all I totally recommend their products, and I am planning out my shopping list already. I'll let you know what I get when I place my order! I am personally eyeing at getting more of the bar soaps and the lavender chamomile bath salts.
