Sinful Colors Cloud 9 is a medium, yellow toned orange with light orange shimmer in strong light. Beautiful color, but below is 4 coats. I still had a visible nail line at some angles. This polish may work best as a top coat.

No, that isn't really bad tip wear, it's pull from my top coat. I used Poshe Super Fast Drying Top Coat which I've heard doesn't pull like Seche Vite, but it did with this one! Sigh.
I purchased mine at Walgreen's for $1.99 for 15mL/0.5oz.
