Sinful Colors Ciao Bella! is a gorgeous deep, crisp blue with tons of shimmer. If you get enough light reflecting off the polish, it can look aqua (as seen in the bottle of the first picture) but it's really all aqua shimmer. I tried to limit the direct light on the nails so you can see the outrageous shimmer it has!!

So the color is beautiful but the formula was awful. It was thin and runny and went everywhere, Very temperamental. It's blue, and you know what that means, it stained like crazy.
Look at that shimmer, it makes it all worth it though. I can't comment on wear time. I was trying to find a blue for underneath some nail art and once I had this one, it wasn't what I wanted, so I took it off a bit later.
Do you have this polish? Does it just need to air out to thicken up a bit? Anyone else all for this gorgeous polish despite the formula?
