Wet N Wild ColorIcon Ice Baby Glitter Nail Polish Collection

Today I have for you the new Wet N Wild ColorIcon Ice Baby Glitter Nail Polish collection. Actually, it's the wet n wild coloricon collection. Technically. Since I saw the initial swatches of these I have been stalking my local stores waiting for them to get stocked, and I could never find them! I was at Walgreen's recently and I found them. Bet you'll never guess where. Go on, guess... I found them in the hair accessories aisle way on top, where they put extra stock when it doesn't fit on the shelves. I was like, WTF are you doing there?!? I had to stand on my tip toes to reach them. Good thing I'm super tall.

Enough of my drama, let's get to the good stuff.

This collection is a set of six glitters. I have a few swatches today, full sets soon I hope.  Too many polishes, not enough time.

Wet N Wild 24 Carats

Wet N Wild 24 Carats is a clear base with fine gold glitter and stringy gold and bronze/orange glitter. This one was trouble with application but was nice and almost opaque at three coats.

Wet n Wild Cost Is No Issue

Wet N Wild Cost Is No Issue is a clear base with fine aqua glitter and bigger medium blue glitter. Sparse at first but filled in nicely.

Wet n Wild Diamond In The Rough

Wet N Wild Diamond In The Rough is a clear base with fine dark gray glitter and larger holographic glitter. This one is really pretty. Dries kind of rough, but nothing a little Seche Vite can't fix! One of my favorites.

Wet n Wild coloricon Give Me A Price Quote

Wet N Wild Give Me A Price Quote is a clear base with yellow/green fine glitter and same color stringy glitter. It's lime a metallic lime green with more yellow. I can't quite pick out a perfect description, but it's a strange color. I'm not really fond of this one.

Wet n Wild It's All In The Cut

Wet N Wild It's All In The Cut is a clear base with fine medium purple glitter and large hot pink glitter. This one is fun. I couldn't find a sharp picture out of the pictures I took. I really like this one, I wouldn't have thought I'd like pink with the purple, but it's nice. Softens it up a bit. I really like this one, and I expected to since it's purple, but I like it for such different reasons than my initial reaction - "It's a purple glitter!"

Wet n Wild Rockin' Rubies

Wet N Wild Rockin' Rubies is a clear base with fine bright red glitter and large holographic glitter. This one is fun, although I'm not really a red person.

I think I like Diamond In The Rough, It's All In The Cut, and Cost Is No Issue best. I like this collection - it's pretty fun. I bet the colors would be great to layer. I'll have to put that on my to do list! Anyone have these? Any layering suggestions?

UPDATE: Just saw a post on Scrangie's site with her pictures and review (Wet N Wild ColorIcon Ice Baby Review and Swatches) and I'm missing two colors! Ack! How did that happen? Her collection is complete, and I am officially missing Believe Me, It's Real and Back Alley Deals.
