Urban Decay - Book of Shadows IV

Eek! My FIRST Book of Shadows. I've heard such good things about these, and I have a friend who has all of them so far, and after seeing hers, I had to get one! I originally set out to order the 15th Anniversary palette (I NEED Omen!) but alas, it was not available, so I ordered this one instead (mainly for Gravity and Blue Bus).

I adore UD eyeshadows - creamy, heavily pigmented, easily blended. Love!

I can't wait to try some new looks with these colors. I'd have to say, after swatching, Hijack is by far my favorite. I also love Cobra - beautiful! As much as I love this book, the packaging is way too much. I just don't have that much room. I plan on depoting the shadows into a palette (likely ZPalette). I found a good way to depot BOS without heat or screwing up the shadows - How To Depot Your Urban Decay Book Of Shadows on PlanetMartha. It looks simple enough. Now I just have to order a new palette since mine is already full!

Has anyone ever gotten a palette for a specific color and then found a different color they're favorite?
